Welcome to SearchCore.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and NB DEV SP. Z O.O. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SearchCore.ai platform and services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

As AI systems are operated by third parties with proprietary algorithms, specific visibility outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary based on factors including your industry, competition, content quality, and ongoing algorithm changes. Our commitment is to apply proven optimization techniques that maximize your chances of being discovered by AI assistants.

Pricing & Payments
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency with VAT indicated. We may modify prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed and paid for.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Przelewy24, or other available methods. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
Invoices
VAT invoices are issued for all purchases in accordance with Polish tax regulations and available in your account dashboard.
Service Delivery
Analysis Reports
Free preliminary analysis reports are generated automatically upon website registration. Full analysis reports are delivered within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
Implementation Services
Delivery Timeline: Implementation services will be completed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and receipt of all necessary access credentials.
Customer Cooperation: Timely delivery depends on providing required access (FTP, CMS, hosting panel) and responding to information requests. Delays caused by customer non-responsiveness will extend the timeline accordingly.
Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally through our platform. Reports and analytics are accessible through your dashboard. Implementation changes are applied directly to your website with your authorization.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Exception: By purchasing digital content or requesting immediate service commencement, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you will lose withdrawal rights once the service is fully provided.

Chargebacks: Please contact us directly to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for delivered services may result in account suspension and collection actions.

Website Ownership
You represent that you own or have authorization to manage websites submitted for analysis. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to make changes.
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The SearchCore.ai platform, software, design, and content is owned by NB DEV SP. Z O.O. and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your website content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze your website solely for providing our services.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
- • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding claim
- • We are not liable for damages from reliance on AI visibility results
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Częstochowa, Poland.
EU Consumer Rights
EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr
Additional Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
Severability: Unenforceable provisions won't affect remaining Terms.
Changes: We may modify Terms with notice. Continued use means acceptance.
Force Majeure: Not liable for circumstances beyond our control.
